Dantherm Oil and Emulsion Mist Filters

 (8)
The Safe, Cean and Economical Way to Handle Oil and Emulsion Mist.

Self-Cleaning
In our separators, soil particles and drops of fluid clump to each other on the inlet side, making them easier to separate, and this causes the separated cooling lubricant to automatically rinse the first filter stage clean.

Expanded Contact Surface
Routing the gas phase through a spray bed (optional equipment) provides a larger specific contact surface, thus increasing the separation efficiency even more.

Fully Automatic Sprayer
Prevents the filter from drying out and improves service life and separation performance.

Safe
All our separators are equipped with a second demister stage, ...

AER Control Systems Vertical Media Filtration

 (4)

AER Control Systems’ VMSeries Vertical Media Collection Systems are designed to provide efficient, cost effective control of mist, dust, smoke, fume, and gas/ vapor contaminants generated from a variety of manufacturing and process applications.

Our larger Vertical Media Collection Systems modular design provides the ultimate in unit filtration flexibilty or adaptibility enabling them to handle a variety of airborne contaminants. Modular design allows for simple intergration of additional filter modules which allow the collectors filter stages to be easily customized to meet the exact filtration requirements of the application. Should contaminants change due to process changes, existing filter modules can be easily added ...

Disk Pack Mist and Smoke Collector

 (3)

This technology was first used by the US Department of Defense (DOD) on the helicopter turbines to prevent dust from destroying the turbine generators in sandy environments.  It was so effective it won a Gold Medal Award from the DOD and consequently earned a patent.

The Disk Pack Collector operates by creating a boundary layer or air dam at the perimeter of several stacked discs that spin at 3450 RPM.  The air dam prevents any particulate from traveling between the discs.  The air will pass through the air dam, between the discs, and up through the center of the discs to a blower and motor mounted on top of the disc.  The same motor drives the pack of disks.  Over time the mist will grow in size and due ...
