Pulse Cleaning System
The Trans4mer Portable DFP-1200-1 comes equipped with a manual Filter Cleaning System that injects a pre-calculated pulse of high-pressure air into the core of the cartridge filter. This “reverse-jet cleaning” adds years to your filter life, and is operated very simply by the touch of a button.
Heavy Duty Construction
Quality and durability is paramount. The Trans4mer is made from heavy 12ga. and 16ga. Steel, and seams are robotically welded, then finished with a durable powdercoat finish to protect the unit from the rigors of an industrial environment.
Quick-Clamp Trans4mer System
The Quick-Clamp Feature of the Trans4mer series portables allows you to change from a Fume Arm Collector to a Backdraft Collector and then to a Downdraft Collector in matter of seconds.
Quiet Operation
The Trans4mer unit operates at less than 75dbA! This means that it will not add any noise at all to the average plant environment!
Easy Cleanout
The DFP-1200-1 comes standard with an oversized 7.8 gallon dust tray designed to capture and store the dust that is pulsed off the filter cartridge.
High Performance Blower
The aluminum Acoustafoil blower is the heart of the Trans4mer. The Backward inclined Airfoil design is the most efficient design available today, and allows the unit to achieve high air volume and high pressure capabilities, yet uses only 1 1/2 HP.
High Grade Polyester Filter
A High Grade Polyester Filter comes standard with each DFP-1200-1 unit. This durable filter can be back-pulsed endless times, taken out and washed (this is takes just seconds, thanks to the Quickslide filter tightening mechanism), and still give endless hours of quality filtration- in fact, we even offer a Five year filter life Guarantee!
